2. Health Certificate

Every puppy comes with a health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian. This certificate guarantees that the puppy has been examined, is healthy, and has received all necessary vaccinations and treatments appropriate for their age.

3. Health Guarantee Terms

We offer a standard health guarantee for all our puppies, typically covering them for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. During this time, if your puppy develops any genetic health issues that are covered under our guarantee, we will either provide a replacement puppy of equal value (subject to availability) or offer a refund.

4. Conditions of the Health Guarantee

The health guarantee is valid only if the puppy is taken to a licensed veterinarian for a health check-up within 30 days of purchase.
The health guarantee does not cover conditions resulting from neglect, accidents, or injuries after the puppy leaves our care.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide proper nutrition, exercise, and veterinary care for the puppy.

2. Shipping Preparation

Prior to shipping, your puppy will receive a final health check-up to ensure they are in optimal health for travel.
We provide a comfortable travel crate or carrier, along with bedding and water to keep your puppy comfortable during transit.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, method of transportation, and any additional services requested (such as expedited shipping or special handling). Our team will provide you with a detailed quote that includes all associated costs before finalizing your puppy’s travel arrangements.

4. Arrival and Follow-Up

Upon arrival, we recommend that you take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a health check-up within 72 hours.
